Non-Severn Trent CON29DW price changes
There will be changes to the price of CON29DW searches from a number of water companies from Wednesday 1st April. Our prices for these searches will be amended to reflect the new prices charged by the various companies.

LA admin fees price increase from 1st April
We will be increasing the admin fee on local authority searches from Wednesday 1st April.
The fee will be increasing by £1.00 to £10.00 (£12.00 incl. VAT). This fee applies to both residential and commercial searches. We are aware that this fee increased earlier this year, but unfortunately the charge from our suppliers has since increased and we have no choice but to amend our price to cover this.
We are pleased to confirm however that the existing waver on the majority of properties within the Severn Trent region will continue, meaning that these searches are available at cost, with no admin fee in place. A full list of these authorities can be found below.
