Summary of changes

The revamped searches now come in a landscape format – designed to better fit your screen, with a completely redesigned format. The revamped front page summarises the report findings, features a map of the property, homebuyer advice, and hyperlinks allowing you to easily navigate to any section of the report. The report is now divided into new sections, with each risk now having a concise executive summary of the findings.

You can read a detailed explanation of the new design here.

In addition, Landmark have also made significant upgrades to their Envirosearch, Homecheck and RiskView reports. Envirosearch Residential now contains full flood, climate change, ground stability and energy & infrastructure sections, as well as alerts for coal mining and planning applications. Homecheck Residential has been expanded to include ground stability information, as well as alerts for coal mining, energy & infrastructure and planning applications. The comprehensive RiskView Residential has seen the addition of full climate change and coal mining modules, providing a complete environmental overview.

You can see a summary of the changes to these reports here.

In addition to these changes, Landmark’s Homecheck, Energy & Infrastructure and Chancel reports have been rebranded, and are now known as Homecheck Professional, Landmark Energy & Infrastructure, and Landmark Chancel Residential respectively.

All of the product changes are available now.
