The FCI Retail report is for properties up to 0.25 hectares and fall within specific property use classes. Three datasets are included in the retail report; environmental, flood and ground stability.
FCI Commercial includes the same three datasets plus Energy & Infrastructure information. The search is suitable for all sizes and types of commercial properties.
FCI RETAIL
FCI Retail includes environmental information such as contaminated land, landfill sites past and present, air quality, pylons and electricity lines and radon gas. The flood data contains surface water, sewer and groundwater flooding information. Ground stability analyses the impact of subsidence, geohazards and past mining hazards.
Each report:

FCI COMMERCIAL
FCI Commercial contains the same environmental information as the FCI Retail report plus Energy & Infrastructure data which includes HS2, crossrail, transport infrastructure and power stations.
Each report:
