Besides our dedicated search technicians, we have a wide range of staff, working in everything from customer service, to IT and marketing.
Adam is responsible for the design and maintenance of our IT systems to make sure they run smoothly.
As production manager Afsheen is responsible for ensuring all searches are completed in a timely, accurate manner.
Andrew’s duties as Business Support Coordinator include everything from facilities management to training.
Carrie assists the Business improvement manager in ensuring our IT works correctly, and in improving systems.
James is our in-house designer, creating our annual newsletter Searchlight and maintaining various Severn Trent websites.
Jane’s job is to be the first point of contact for all our customers and to address any queries or concerns they may have.
Kate is our Affinity Manager who is in charge of managing the relationship between Severn Trent and Homeserve.
Mike manages our customer contact and service teams who answer any queries our customers may have about searches.
Owen is responsible for growing the business, which includes gaining new customers as well as keeping existing ones happy.
