The search has been updated from July 2021, adding in new information:

  • A full flood search, enabling solicitors to comply with the requirements of the Law Society guidance on contaminated land and flood risk, which considers the risk of the property being designated under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 as well as identifying key flood sources, together with other key natural and man-made hazards
