Landmark’s Utilities Package* is a report which collates all utility information into a single source and provides an insight into valuable information on features below the surface, including gas and oil pipelines, electricity cables, telecommunication wires, mains water supplies, sewers and fibre-optic cables.
This report removes the time consuming process of contacting individual utilities providers and the information provided can reduce elements of risk and ascertain the feasibility of a development.
The Benefits include:
- Comprehensive search: 35-45 utilities searched for each site, including the relevant Local Authority.
- Overview status report: Confirms which utilities have been contacted and have responded with information separated into ‘affected and unaffected’ sections, saving clients time not having to go though unaffected responses.
- Delivery Options: There are 3 available service levels to chose from, Standard, Express and Premium (see below).
