Stratford-on-Avon district council have announced significant delays to the ordering of their Land charges search with an average processing time of 37 working days. The delays are due to the integration of a new IT system where the current paper based system is being transformed into a modern digital platform.

There’s two types of drainage and water searches available on the market: The CON29DW, and regulated (also known as personal) searches.
