Thursday 1st April sees a £2.00 (£2.40 incl. VAT) increase on our range of residential CON29DW products. This means our standard CON29DW will now be priced at £49.00 (£58.80 incl. VAT). This is our first price increase since 2017.

This month’s highlighted product is the CON29DW Flood+ Report produced by ourselves in cooperation with Severn Trent Water. Flood information is provided by Landmark Information Group Ltd.

Future Climate Info (FCI) have informed us of changes to their commercial products from Wednesday 8th May. The Future Climate Info: Commercial searches which consist of standard and premium versions will be replaced by two new commercial products; the FCI Retail and FCI Commercial.

We are making some changes to the pricing of our range of drainage and water searches from Saturday 1st April 2017.
The price of the CON29DW Drainage and Water Enquiry will increase by £2 to £47 (£56.40 Inc. VAT). Other Severn Trent residential drainage and water searches will increase by the same amount.
