Future Climate Info (FCI) have informed us of changes to their commercial products from Wednesday 8th May. The Future Climate Info: Commercial searches which consist of standard and premium versions will be replaced by two new commercial products; the FCI Retail and FCI Commercial.
The FCI Retail report is specifically designed for retail properties up to 0.25 hectares and fall within property use classes of A1-A5 and C4. These classes include retails stores, food and drink establishments etc (a detailed property use class list can be found here). Previously, properties that met these criteria would still have to order an FCI commercial standard priced at £95.00 plus VAT (£114.00). Whereas the FCI Retail report is available for £75.00 plus VAT (£90.00), comprising of three datasets; environmental, flood and ground stability with £5 million professional indemnity cover.
The FCI Commercial report is for other types of commercial properties up to 150 hectares in size, with prices starting from £165.00 plus VAT (£198.00). All four key datasets are included in the FCI Commercial which are environmental, flood, ground stability and energy & infrastructure. The report is also backed by £10 million professional indemnity cover.
