Gloucester City Council currently unable to return LLC1 & CON29 searches

Gloucester City Council have been impacted by a cyber-attack. Local Land Charges are currently unable to process or return any LLC1 & CON29 searches. Any new searches submitted will be held in a queue until their system is restored. Unfortunately, searches already in the system cannot be given an estimated date of return at this time.  Please be assured we will update customers as soon as we are able.

OneSearch Direct price change

OneSearch Direct have informed us that the price of their local authority searches will be increasing from Monday 6th December.

The residential search will now be £68.00 (£81.60 incl. VAT).

Commercial searches will now cost £81.75 (£98.10 incl. VAT).

Severn Trent Searches nets a fantastic promoter score!

The results are in, and our wonderful customers have given us an amazing Net Promoter Score of +89.7.

For those not in the know, a Net Promoter Score is a measurement used by businesses to assess how well-regarded they are by their customers. A selection of customers are surveyed at regular intervals and asked a series of questions, which are used to measure the score. A score of 50 or higher is regarded as excellent.
