They are launching an improved version of their popular Homebuyers report as well as their new Energy and Transport search, which replaces their previous range of infrastructure searches.

Birmingham land charges price
Birmingham City Council have informed us they will be increasing the price of their LLC1 and CON29 searches from Sunday 1st July.

Stratford-On-Avon price increase
Stratford-On-Avon District Council have announced a price increase from Tuesday 8th May.
Their CON29 will increase from £84.50 to £89.50 (£107.40 incl. VAT). Other fees remain the same.
The new total prices are detailed in the table below:
