Given the fast-moving COVID-19 situation, we just wanted to let you know that we are working to ensure that there will be minimal disruption to the high levels of service you have come to expect from Severn Trent Searches.
We are currently mobilising all staff to be able to work from home and, although we don’t anticipate any interruptions to service, we would just ask that you bear with us over the next few days in the unlikely event you struggle to contact us. We currently don’t anticipate any delay in the return of CON29DWs, environmental or coal searches. However, the situation with local authority LLC1 and CON29 reports will very much depend on individual local authorities. We will look to keep you advised of any delays as soon as we find out about them.
