Exciting changes are coming to Groundsure products from 1st July

Groundsure have announced some exciting changes to their popular Avista, Homebuyers and Homescreen residential reports from 1st July 2021.

Chief among these is the comprehensive Groundsure Avista, which has undergone a complete redesign. Already containing seven searches – contaminated land, ground stability, radon, flood, planning, energy, and transportation – three new searches have been included in the redesign, with the addition of CON29M mining information, non-coal mining such as tin, chalk and limestone, and Cheshire salt search information.

In addition to this, the front page has been redesigned, offering both an easy-to-read client summary, as well as offering suggested next steps. There is improved planning information, greater accuracy using Land Registry title polygons, and a host of new features. Full information can be found here.

Groundsure Homebuyers has also seen the addition of three new searches – planning, energy, and transportation, as well as improved planning information and Groundsure’s unique Action Alert case management tool. Click here for further information.

Finally, Groundsure Homescreen now comes with flood information, complementing the existing contaminated land, ground stability, and radon searches. See here for further details of this search.

Full information for all of these searches, including samples of the redesigns, can be found by following the links to the product pages at the top of this page.
