Birmingham City Council have informed us they will be increasing the price of their LLC1 and CON29 searches from Sunday 1st July.

New ordering platform launching June 1st
We have a new ordering system which will go live to all customers on Friday 1st June.
Our new site has retained all the elements our customers know and love, alongside a host of new features.
These include:
- Generate and save quotes, which can then be converted into orders.
- Prioritise your favourite searches so they appear at the top of your product list.
- See expected delivery dates for searches before you place your order.
- Report recommendation service, suggesting the correct searches for your property.

Stratford-On-Avon price increase
Stratford-On-Avon District Council have announced a price increase from Tuesday 8th May.
Their CON29 will increase from £84.50 to £89.50 (£107.40 incl. VAT). Other fees remain the same.
The new total prices are detailed in the table below:
