Changes to gas and utility pricing – April
From Monday 2nd April, we will be making some prices to our gas distribution searches, as well as our utility packages. This reflects a price increase from our supplier, Cadent.
The gas distribution search will increase from £40.00 to £50.00 (£60.00 inc. VAT).

Great news for local authority customers
Great news for our customers – our range of official local authority searches just got even cheaper.
From Sunday 1st April, we’ll be reducing our administration fee on searches to just £5 (£6 incl. VAT) for authorities throughout England and Wales.

Landmark Information Group are making some changes to their Sitecheck Assess search from Friday 24th November.
The basic search will be increasing from £165.00 to £177.50 (£213.00 inc. VAT).

Preparing for retail market opening in the water industry: Impacts for the Commercial Drainage and Water Enquiry
From April 2017, all non-household customers in England will be able to choose their supplier of water and sewerage retail services. This is a result of a change in the law under the Water Act 2014, designed to introduce competition into the water industry.
