It’s officially the world’s biggest coffee morning and this year we decided to do something a little different by hosting our own bake off competition.  We were also very lucky to have the President of the Law Society Kathryn Meir and Under Sheriff of Nottinghamshire Deborah Hutchinson come in and judge the bake off.

Ground Stability report from Future Climate Info now available

We’ve recently added Future Climate Info’s (FCI) ground stability report to our portfolio.

The British Geological Survey estimate that one in five UK homes are at risk of shrink/swell subsidence, meaning that checking ground stability at a property is essential with any purchase, particularly in former mining areas.

Here at Severn Trent Searches there’s nothing we enjoy more than producing lots of lovely CON29DWs. Honestly, we love it, we’d probably do it for free (note for any Severn Trent executives reading this, please don’t put this to the test). However, much as producing searches is our absolutely, utter, complete favourite thing in the world (is this fooling anyone?), we do occasionally like to do other things.
