Terms & conditions of the Searchlight 30 newsletter competition:
- The winner of the £250 hamper will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random after the draw closes at 4pm on Friday 15th December 2017. The winner will be notified and the prize delivered shortly after the closing date of the competition.
- Entries will be accepted by post (Searchlight 30 Competition, Severn Trent Searches, 30-34 Hounds Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AB), DX 723860 Nottingham 43, by fax to 0115 971 3551 or via email to business@severntrentsearches.com. Proof of posting, emailing or faxing will not be taken as proof of receipt. Severn Trent Searches take no responsibility for entries which are lost or illegible.
- Only one entry per person.
- No cash or prize alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
- Employees of Severn Trent PLC or any affiliated company, their families and households, are excluded from participation.
- No purchase necessary. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The right to enter does not depend on ordering a search with Severn Trent Searches.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all entries correctly identifying the word hidden in the crossword.
- The name of the winner will be available until 31st January 2018, on request from Severn Trent Searches, by writing to Searchlight 30 Competition, Severn Trent Searches, 30-34 Hounds Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AB and providing a self-addressed envelope.
- Acceptance of the prize will be deemed permission by the entrant for Severn Trent Searches to use the entrant’s name for the purpose of announcing the winner.
All entries are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of the manager of Severn Trent Searches is final.
