Great news for our customers – our range of official local authority searches just got even cheaper.
From Sunday 1st April, we’ll be reducing our administration fee on searches to just £5 (£6 incl. VAT) for authorities throughout England and Wales.
For many authorities within the Severn Trent region it’s cheaper still. Because of Severn Trent Searches’ unique relationships with authorities, we’re able to offer searches for over half of our local authorities with no additional fees whatsoever.
Buy a search for many authorities – including Birmingham, Derby and Nottingham – and you’ll pay us exactly the same as you’d pay the authority directly, with the added advantage of being able to order all your other searches at the same time.
A number of authorities in our region have also announced price changes, with effect from the beginning of April. Please see the table below for a full list of prices throughout our region:
