We’ve recently expanded our discount search packages to include a number of additional products. These include the CON29DW Flood+, STL local authority search and the Coal Authority’s mining search.
The packages allow customers purchasing two ‘core products’ to receive a 10% discount on a range of further searches they buy, and have proven very popular with many of our customers.
When we launched these back in 2010, we offered a choice of three packages. Customers who purchased a CON29DW alongside an official local authority, Chancelcheck or coal mining search could then receive a discount on a range of over fifteen searches, including Envirosearch Residential, Groundsure Homebuyers, Plansearch Plus and Homecheck Flood.
These packages proved a huge hit with customers, and in 2015 we expanded the range with a fourth package comprising the CON29DW and regulated local authority search from Onesearch Direct.
Now we’ve added two more packages. Firstly, one comprising the CON29DW and STL’s regulated local authority search. Secondly, a package including the official local authority search, but this time alongside our popular CON29DW Flood+. As with the other packages, any customers purchasing these searches together are entitled to a 10% discount on a wide range of searches.
And we’ve also expanded this range. Following requests from customers, we’ve added the coal mining search into the list of searches you can receive a 10% discount on. Customers can get the report for just £31.05 inc. VAT, a saving of £3.45. Or, for properties off-coalfield, the report is just £19.80 inc. VAT, saving you £2.20.
To take advantage of these fantastic savings, when ordering, on the ‘Select products’ screen, select the ‘Packages’ tab, choose your two core products, then any additional searches you want from the dropdown box.
