LA admin fees price increase from 1st April

We will be increasing the admin fee on local authority searches from Wednesday 1st April.

The fee will be increasing by £1.00 to £10.00 (£12.00 incl. VAT). This fee applies to both residential and commercial searches. We are aware that this fee increased earlier this year, but unfortunately the charge from our suppliers has since increased and we have no choice but to amend our price to cover this.

We are pleased to confirm however that the existing waver on the majority of properties within the Severn Trent region will continue, meaning that these searches are available at cost, with no admin fee in place. A full list of these authorities can be found below.

CON29DW price changes from 1st April

We will be amending the price of our CON29DW Residential and CON29DW Commercial drainage and water searches from Wednesday 1st April.

The CON29DW Residential will increase by £2.50 to £63.50 (£76.20 incl. VAT), as will related products.

The CON29DW Commercial will increase by £34.00 to £284.00 (£340.80 incl. VAT).

For online customers, the new prices will automatically be shown when ordering. For customers ordering by post, any orders received prior to 1st April will be completed at the current price.

LA admin fees price increase from 1st February

We will be increasing the admin fee on local authority searches from Sunday 1st February.

The fee will be increasing by £2.00 to £9.00 (£10.80 incl. VAT). This fee applies to both residential and commercial searches. Unfortunately, increasing costs from our suppliers means that our current charge of £7.00 is no longer sustainable and we have had to amend our fee.
