CON29DW price changes from 1st April

We will be amending the price of our CON29DW Residential and CON29DW Commercial drainage and water searches from Friday 1st April.

The CON29DW Residential will increase by £2 to £51.00 (£61.20 incl. VAT), as will related products. The CON29DW Commercial will increase by £15 to £210.00 (£252.00 incl. VAT).

For online customers, the new prices will automatically be shown when ordering. For customers ordering by post, any orders received prior to 1st April will be completed at the previous prices of £49.00 (£58.80 incl. VAT) / £195.00 (£234.00 incl. VAT).

Changes to Future Climate Info (FCI) reports from 3rd March

Future Climate Info have announced changes to their suite of reports from Thursday 3rd March. There are new prices for their searches, as well as new size bandings across their range of residential and commercial reports.

Based on customer feedback, FCI have announced an increase to the initial size-banding for some of their best-selling residential environmental search reports; the FCI Essential, Standard, Premium, Flood Residential and Ground Stability Residential.

Property Report Infographics – Jan 2022

Highlights from the January 2022 property report:-

  • House prices annual change percentage – December 2021 data
    Wales continues to lead the way with an impressive 9.4% gain when compared to last year. London shows a recent resurgence with a 7.6% gain.
  • House prices annual change percentage – two year comparison (Oct 2021/20/19 data)
    Once again, Leicestershire shows the most combined growth of 18.6% edging Nottinghamshire at 18.4%.
  • Sales trend Q3 2021 sales comparison by County
    Counties were on average 17.3% up on last quarter but 69.5% down on the previous year (Q3 2020).
  • Mortgage lenders – market share 2020
    64.3% of all mortgage lending in the UK goes through the top five providers
