We have been informed of delays to land charge searches from both Chesterfield and Wolverhampton Council.
Due to staffing levels, Chesterfield Borough Council will be unable to process any searches between Friday 31st May and Monday 10th June 2019. In addition to the delays stated above, we also ask that customers take turnaround times into account when ordering. These are currently 10-12 working days.
Wolverhampton Council will be closing their Local Land Charges department for 5 days between Monday 24th June – Friday 28th June 2019.
They have asked for customers not to send any search requests during this 5 day period. In addition, they have requested that any urgent orders should be sent a minimum of 7 days before the closure date.
