Landmark Information Group have announced a number of changes to their popular Envirosearch Residential and Homecheck Professional from 1st January 2017.
Both products will have a small price rise, with Envirosearch Residential now costing £51.00 (£61.20 inc VAT) and Homecheck Professional increasing to £42.50 (£51.00 inc VAT).
There will also be a number of enhancements to both searches:
* Envirosearch Residential will now include an energy & infrastructure alert for any blocks of land within 4km of the property that have been formally offered for the exploration and production of energy,
* The recently announced, updated route for HS2 has been added to Envirosearch Residential.
* Improvements in Landmark’s risk modelling data will result in fewer referrals and more pass certificates being issued on both reports
