Property Sales Data Maps – September 2018
The property sales data maps report for September 2018 has the following key points:-
- Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
- For new build properties, Northumberland in England and Bridgend in Wales lead the way in the highest percentage of new build properties sold
- Most detached properties sold in coastal counties with Lincolnshire, Devon and Hampshire holding the top spots

Stratford-on-Avon delays on land charges searches
Stratford-on-Avon district council have announced significant delays to the ordering of their Land charges search with an average processing time of 37 working days. The delays are due to the integration of a new IT system where the current paper based system is being transformed into a modern digital platform.
