From Monday 2nd April, we will be making some prices to our gas distribution searches, as well as our utility packages. This reflects a price increase from our supplier, Cadent.
The gas distribution search will increase from £40.00 to £50.00 (£60.00 inc. VAT).
The price of utilities packages will also increase by £10.00 (plus VAT). These include gas distribution, BT Telecoms, electricity distribution searches, along with either a Commercial Standard or Commercial Extra drainage and water search.
A package containing a Commercial Standard will increase to £335.00 (£402.00 inc. VAT), and one with a Commercial Extra will cost £465.00 (£558.00 inc. VAT).
All searches in the packages are also available to order separately.
