As part of an ongoing review of our postal services, from the end of June we will no longer be accepting or delivering mail via the DX system.
As the vast majority of searches are now received and returned electronically, the amount of post we receive via DX has declined to the point where it is no longer financially prudent for us to continue this service.
If you are a customer who currently uses our DX address please could you amend your records and send any future mail to our Royal Mail address:

If you currently send in search requests via post, please let us know if you would prefer to change to an online account or credit card facility to order your searches. We would be more than happy to facilitate this for you. This facility has the advantages of far faster turnaround times, with over 95% of CON29DWs returned within one working day, and no additional print charges.
If you currently receive mail from us to your DX address, we will automatically start to send mail to you at your Royal Mail address from 1st July. You can, of course, change your preferences to receive your searches just by email from us in the future. Please let us know if you would like to do this and we will arrange it immediately.
