Stratford-on-Avon district council have announced significant delays to the ordering of their Land charges search with an average processing time of 37 working days. The delays are due to the integration of a new IT system where the current paper based system is being transformed into a modern digital platform.

The next Severn Trent Searches CPD event will be held at the Riverside Centre, Derby on Thursday November 15th 2018. Situated on Pride Park, it is an easily accessible venue when travelling by road and is within walking distance of Derby train station.

We have a new ordering system which will go live to all customers on Friday 1st June.
Our new site has retained all the elements our customers know and love, alongside a host of new features.
These include:
- Generate and save quotes, which can then be converted into orders.
- Prioritise your favourite searches so they appear at the top of your product list.
- See expected delivery dates for searches before you place your order.
- Report recommendation service, suggesting the correct searches for your property.
