It’s officially the world’s biggest coffee morning and this year we decided to do something a little different by hosting our own bake off competition. We were also very lucky to have the President of the Law Society Kathryn Meir and Under Sheriff of Nottinghamshire Deborah Hutchinson come in and judge the bake off.
The staff did a great job at creating some fantastic cakes and sweet treats, however the judges did have to choose an overall winner. Our Customer Contact Team Manager Mike Dyche was the runner-up with a classic Victoria sponge. Our bake off competition winner was Senior Business Development Assistant Hilary Carter with an Elizabeth Sponge Cake.
