Terms & conditions of the Amazon Echo prize draw:
- The winner of the Amazon Echo will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random after the draw closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 31st May 2018. The winner will be notified and the prize delivered shortly after the closing date of the competition.
- All customers placing an order on Severn Trent Searches’ new ordering site prior to this date will be entered into the draw. Cancelled orders will not be included in the draw.
- Only one entry per person.
- No cash or prize alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
- Employees of Severn Trent PLC or any affiliated company, their families and households, are excluded from participation.
- No purchase necessary. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The right to enter does not depend on ordering a search with Severn Trent Searches.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all customers placing an order prior to the closing date.
- The name of the winner will be available until 30th June 2018, on request from Severn Trent Searches, by writing to Echo draw, Severn Trent Searches, 30-34 Hounds Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AB and providing a self-addressed envelope.
- Acceptance of the prize will be deemed permission by the entrant for Severn Trent Searches to use the entrant’s name for the purpose of announcing the winner.
All entries are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of the manager of Severn Trent Searches is final.
