Terms & conditions of the 12 days of Christmas prize draw:
1. The winners of the prize draw will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random each working day between 6th December 2022 and 21st December 2022. The winners will be notified, and the prize delivered shortly after the closing date of the competition.
2. All customers placing an order on Severn Trent Searches’ ordering site the previous working day will be entered into the draw. Cancelled orders will not be included in the draw.
3. Only one entry per person per day.
4. No cash or prize alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
5. Employees of Severn Trent PLC or any affiliated company, their families and households, are excluded from participation.
6. No purchase necessary. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The right to enter does not depend on ordering a search with Severn Trent Searches.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all customers placing an order the previous working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be entered into Monday’s draw.
8. The name of the winners will be available until 31st January 2023, on request from Severn Trent Searches, by writing to 12 days of Christmas draw, Severn Trent Searches, Pure Offices, Sherwood Business Park, Lake View Drive, Nottingham, NG15 0DT, and providing a self-addressed envelope.
9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed permission by the entrant for Severn Trent Searches to use the entrant’s name for the purpose of announcing the winner.
All entries are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of the manager of Severn Trent Searches is final.
