The property sales data maps report for April 2019 has the following key points:-

  • Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
  • For new build properties, Torfaen and Rutland surprisingly top the list with 25% and 23.08% respectively
  • Greater Manchester is the highest ranked county for different property types sold. Whereas, Rutland is the lowest ranked county. Both these counties have continued to perform at opposite ends of the scale for the past 6 months

Property Sales Data Maps – March 2019

The property sales data maps report for March 2019 has the following key points:-

  • Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
  • For new build properties, Northumberland and Oxfordshire continue to dominate the top two positions
  • Greater Manchester is the highest ranked county for different property types sold. Whereas, Rutland is the lowest ranked county. Both these counties have continued to perform at opposite ends of the scale for the past 6 months

Property Sales Data Maps – February 2019

The property sales data maps report for February 2019 has the following key points:-

  • Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
  • For new build properties, Oxfordshire has the highest number sold for the second time in the last six months. Closely followed by Rutland and Northumberland
  • Greater Manchester is the highest ranked county for different property types sold. Whereas, Merthyr Tydfil is the lowest ranked county

Property Sales Data Maps – January 2019

The property sales data maps report for January 2019 has the following key points:-

  • Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
  • For new build properties, Northumberland continues to dominate top spot for the fourth time in five months. Closely followed by Berkshire and Oxfordshire
  • Greater Manchester is the highest ranked county for different property types sold. Whereas, Rutland is the lowest ranked county for the second consecutive month

Property Sales Data Maps – December 2018

The property sales data maps report for December 2018 has the following key points:-

  • Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
  • For new build properties, Oxfordshire has overtaken Northumberland which held top spot for the last 3 months. Closely followed by Rutland, Shropshire and Welsh County Bridgend
  • Greater Manchester is the highest ranked county for different property types sold. Whereas, Rutland is the lowest ranked county
