Greater London has the highest number of total properties sold in the UK with a considerable number of properties being terraced and flats/maisonettes. Unsurprisingly Greater London also has the highest average property price
For new build properties, Northumberland has the highest percentage sold for the third consecutive month. Closely followed by Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Shropshire and Welsh County Torfaen
Most detached properties sold in coastal counties with Hampshire, Essex and Lincolnshire holding the top spots
