Residential Ground Stability Report

A ground stability report is critical when purchasing a property. It provides a detailed overview of sources of subsidence, making it the most comprehensive search of its type.

The search assesses the risk of ground-related issues, not just in coal mining areas, that could affect the property’s safety, stability, and value. It includes identifying both natural and manufactured hazards.
