The residential EPC rates the energy efficiency of a home and the effect the home has on the environment through carbon dioxide emissions. The ratings are from A to G (the most efficient homes, with the lowest energy bills being in Band A) and the charts are shown below:
The certificate includes recommendations on ways to improve a home's efficiency - so consumers can save money and help the environment. We also have dedicated Domestic Energy Assessors who are specially trained to produce your residential EPC. £60.00 + VAT per report (£70.50) Only available in the Severn Trent region
