Severn Trent Searches provide a range of HIP solutions, Required Searches Packages and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) meaning we can provide all the information you need.

For HIPs and Required Searches Packages we offer these with both official Local Authority Searches and Personal Searches.

For those with official searches we have introduced a new price banding structure which means many prices for HIPs have been lowered, and could save you money. The banding is dependent on the local authority area and provides a clear and logical way to the price of HIPs.
