Package of 4 utility searches, plus a drainage and water search. Shows the location of any electricity, gas and telecoms mains and equipment.

Contains:

Electricity Distribution Network Search provided by Central Networks, the electricity distribution business of E.ON UK. Provides a copy of Central Networks' plan of the property and immediate area, showing the position and voltage of overhead lines, underground cables, substations and LV distribution boxes, owned by Central Networks. Includes a written report, plus advice, guidance and useful contact details.

Telecoms Search provided by BT Open Reach. Provides a plan detailing the approximate positions of apparatus such as poles and overhead cables, kiosks, underground routes, inspection chambers, jointing chambers and distribution points. It also provides details of any easements and wayleave agreements that affect the property in question.

Gas Mains Search provided by Utility Search. Provides a plan detailing the approximate position of existing mains pipes and other pipes to which a connection may be made. It also includes details of grants, way-leave agreements and any other statutory notices that may affect the property in question.
