Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The commercial EPC rates the energy efficiency of a property and includes recommendations on ways to improve a property's efficiency. The chart is shown below:

Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the property and are categorised in three levels (see table below):

Level	Description	Price (Exc. VAT)
3	Covers smaller properties with less complicated heating, lighting and ventilation systems. Most properties will come under this category.	£300*
4	Typically a larger building with more complex heating lighting and ventilation e.g. buildings with centrally controlled systems and complex air handling.	POA*
5	Buildings such as very large office blocks or hospitals with extremely complex heating, lighting and ventilation systems, often controlled by a building management system.	POA*

POA = Price On Application.*For all properties a site visit will be used to determine the level and cost. If a customer chooses not to accept the quotation they may still be charged an administration fee for the visit.
