- Contains an in-depth report and a DVD highlighting any maintenance issues, defects and essential repairs. The DVD provides interactive access to CCTV footage and asset condition information
- Confirms the point of connection to the public sewer or alternative private disposal/treatment arrangements (please refer to your Commercial Drainage and Water Search for further information)
- Confirms any shared-asset ownership issues and pipes connected to third parties
- Reduces the risk of hidden costs and operation problems in the future
