What if the property is a new development or land?
When invited to enter the property details, select the 'no postcode' option. Our ordering site has the facility to manually enter all the address details in the relevant fields.

It is hard for us to find the boundaries on new developments. Therefore we would appreciate it if you could fax (0115 962 7132 ) or email (searches@severntrent.co.uk) a plan, with our/your references clearly stated.
