Do I need to send a plan?
We can complete the majority of residential searches without a plan.
However, if we are having difficulties finding the property (this
usually only occurs for new developments, land or commercial properties)
we would then require you to fax (0115 962 7132) or email (searches@severntrent.co.uk)
a plan to us, with our/your references clearly stated.
