Discounted search packages from Severn Trent Searches

At Severn Trent Searches, we will soon be launching a new service from 31st May 2010 that will allow customers to get a discount on a range of searches when purchasing them as part of three new discounted order packages¹ that we have created.

This is a unique system enabling customers to effectively 'build their own bundle', without being tied down to a pre-determined set of products. It gives customers choice and flexibility, whilst saving them money.

We know that many of our customers like to order multiple products from us for one residential property transaction, so we wanted to reward these customers for doing so. We have therefore developed three packages based on the searches our customers most commonly order. Each of the three packages contains two 'core' searches, and is then made up of a selection of additional discounted searches that customers can choose from. The current discount on these searches will be 10%. So when you order one of these three combinations of core products, for example, a CON29DW plus a Local Authority search, you will get a 10% discount on each of the range of additional search products within that package portfolio.

Over the past few years Severn Trent Searches have formed a number of partnerships with several specialist search providers, becoming a one stop shop for property professionals. These relationships mean that our new offer includes search products on everything from environmental hazards and flood information, through to Chancel Insurance products.

These discounted packages will be exclusively available for our account customers through our online ordering site, making it quick and easy to select and pay for these searches. These packages are designed for conveyancers who work on behalf of both residential property buyers and sellers, allowing you to pick the searches appropriate to the transaction and save both time and money on them.
