There's even a unique insurance of up to £50,000 covering any updates or changes to information in the future that result in a reduction in property value.

The residential Ground Stability Report is available now from Severn Trent Searches, and costs just £29.00 including VAT. Searches can also be carried out at non-residential, commercial, and development sites of up to 25 hectares, costing £59.00 including VAT.
