Searchlight April 2010 - Quiz from 2000

1. The winner of the two Red Letter Day £100 vouchers will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random after the draw closes at 4pm on Friday 28th May 2010. The winner will be notified on Monday 31st May 2010 by telephone.

2. Entries will be accepted by post (Searchlight 16 Competition, Severn Trent Searches, PO Box 6187, Nottingham, NG5 1LE), or fax to 0115 962 7132. Proof of posting or faxing will not be taken as proof of receipt. Severn Trent Searches take no responsibility for entries which are lost or illegible.

3. Only one entry per person

4. No cash or prize alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.

5. Employees of Severn Trent Water Limited, Severn Trent Searches, or any affiliated company, and their families and households, are excluded from participation.

6. No purchase necessary. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The right to enter does not depend on ordering a search with Severn Trent Searches.

7. Only correct answers will be considered. These are deemed as providing the ten correct answers to the ten questions asked in Searchlight Issue 16.

8. The name of the winner will be available until Friday 4th June 2010, on request from Severn Trent Searches, by writing to Searchlight 16 Competition, Severn Trent Searches, PO Box 6187, Nottingham, NG5 1LE and providing a Self-Addressed Envelope.

9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed permission by the entrant for Severn Trent Searches to use the entrant's name for the purpose of announcing the winner.

10. All entries are governed by these terms and conditions.

11. The decision of the General Manager of Severn Trent Searches is final and no correspondence will be entered into about any matters relating to the competition draw.
