January Offer - Free Plansearch Report when you purchase an Envirosearch or Homecheck report

At Severn Trent Searches we aim to provide our clients with a complete service, acting as a one-stop-shop for all their search requirements. To ensure that we deliver, we have updated the range of environmental reports we offer, and are giving away a little extra something as well!

To celebrate the launch of a new Plansearch Plus* environmental report, if you purchase a Landmark Envirosearch or Homecheck report during January 2005, your client will also receive a free Plansearch Plus report for their proposed property.

The Plansearch Plus report is priced at £30.00 (including VAT) and provides your clients with an enhanced version of the original Plansearch at no extra cost.

The new Plansearch Plus report includes:-

• the standard planning information including all planning applications since 1997 within 250m search radius
• detailed information including telecoms masts, footpaths and rights of way within the same radius
• future commercial and residential developments near to your client's home
• aerial photography
• additional information such as performance and location of the nearest schools, council tax rates, and crime figures

The original Plansearch report is still available for the reduced price of £23.50 (including VAT), but no longer provides information on flooding issues.

If you would like to take advantage of this offer, select the Residential Envirosearch or Homecheck reports using our online ordering system or application form, and when we return your searches we will include a free Plansearch Plus report.
