GroundSure’s unique method of interpreting the data means that these reports are particularly appropriate if an area has a historic environmental problem.

You can now order a Homebuyers Review report, priced at £34.99 (inc VAT). This report:-

• Provides a full interpretation by an IEMA accredited environmental consultant, which certifies the property as ‘Passed’ or ‘Failed.’
• Reveals the likelihood of the property being designated as contaminated land, and uses historical and current data to highlight potentially hazardous land uses, including landfill sites, petrol and fuel sites.
• Examines the potential for subsidence and flooding and measures the radon gas levels.

And to make sure that your client is making the right decision, they will also get a free Planning Review report. This report details all registered residential, commercial and civic planning applications in the last five years, in conjunction with local authority based information such as schools, crime statistics and council tax banding.
