We are making some changes to the pricing of our range of drainage and water searches from Saturday 1st April 2017.
The price of the CON29DW Drainage and Water Enquiry will increase by £2 to £47 (£56.40 Inc. VAT). Other Severn Trent residential drainage and water searches will increase by the same amount.
Our three Commercial DW Drainage and Water searches – Basic, Standard and Extra, will increase by £11 to £96, £131 and £261 + VAT respectively. Commercial utilities packages which contain a drainage and water search will remain at their current prices.

For customers ordering searches online, prices will change automatically from this date. Account customers who order by post will be charged the new fees for any searches received from 1st April. For those customers paying by cheque, to ensure you continue to receive searches back promptly, please provide the correct fees for any search requests arriving with ourselves from 1st April onwards.
