Severn Trent Searches will be offering the cheapest residential environmental report on the market provided by GroundSure.

The GroundSure Homescreen is an entry level environmental report that will contain information that highlights potential hazardous land uses including landfill sites, hazardous installations, petrol and fuel sites. The report also states the likelihood of the property being designated as contaminated land.
