To enter the Searchlight 13 Competition to win a festive hamper worth £200, then complete the wordsearch in this month's issue of Searchlight. All you have to do is think like a Severn Trent Searcher and track down the hidden words, these are the mandatory elements which make up a Home Information Pack: Index, Sale Statement, Evidence of Title, Local Authority Search, Drainage and Water Enquiry, Energy Performance Certificate.

• The winner of the hamper will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random after the draw closes at 4pm on Wednesday 17th December 2008. The winner will be notified on Thursday 18th December by telephone.

Proof of posting or faxing will not be taken as proof of receipt. Severn Trent Searches takes no responsibility/accepts no liability for entries which are lost or illegible.

• No cash or prize alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
• Employees of Severn Trent Water Limited, Severn Trent Searches, or any affiliated company, and their families and households, are excluded from participation.
• No purchase necessary. The prize give-away is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The right to enter does not depend on ordering a search with Severn Trent Searches.
• Only correct answers will be considered. These are deemed as finding and clearly showing the six mandatory elements in a Home Information pack on the crossword, as stated in Searchlight Nov 08.
• The name of the winner will be available until 31st December 2008, on request from Severn Trent Searches, by writing to Searchlight 13 Competition, Severn Trent Searches, PO Box 6187, Nottingham, NG5 1LE and providing a Self-Addressed Envelope.
• Acceptance of the prize will be deemed permission by the entrant for Severn Trent Searches to use the entrant's name for the purpose of announcing the winner.
• By entering this prize give-away the entrant agrees to receive marketing information about Severn Trent Searches products and services. Entrants details will not, however, be passed on to third parties.
