Price includes a Commercial Drainage and Water Search (Commercial Standard or Commercial Extra)

A package of 4 utility searches*, including a drainage and water search. This report shows the location of electricity, gas and telecoms mains and equipment.

This report contains:

Electricity Distribution Network Search provided by Western Power Distribution. It includes a copy of Central Networks' plan of the property and immediate area, showing the position and voltage of overhead lines, underground cables, substations and LV distribution boxes, owned by Central Networks. Includes a written report, plus advice, guidance and useful contact details.

Telecoms Search provided by BT Open Reach. Provides a plan detailing the approximate positions of apparatus such as poles and overhead cables, kiosks, underground routes, inspection chambers, jointing chambers and distribution points. It also provides details of any easements and wayleave agreements that affect the property in question.

Gas Mains Search provided by Utility Search and carried out by National Grid engineers.  The search provides a plan detailing the approximate position of existing mains pipes and other pipes to which a connection can be made. The results also show whether there may be existing wayleave agreements affecting the property in question.
