Landmark’s Utilities Package* is a report which collates all utility information into a single source and provides an insight into valuable information on features below the surface, including gas and oil pipelines, electricity cables, telecommunication wires, mains water supplies, sewers and fibre-optic cables.

This report removes the time consuming process of contacting individual utilities providers and the information provided can reduce elements of risk and ascertain the feasibility of a development.

Overview status report: Confirms which utilities have been contacted and have responded with information separated into ‘affected and unaffected’ sections, saving clients time not having to go though unaffected responses.
